We want you and your dog to be happy with Cuddl’s products. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
- Returns Eligibility For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products. We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged on arrival
- You received the wrong product
- The product is expired or near expiry upon delivery
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Refunds Once your claim is verified, you will receive either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
- Cancellations Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. If shipped orders are refused or returned due to incorrect address/unavailability, shipping charges may apply.
