We want you and your dog to be happy with Cuddl’s products. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

  1. Returns Eligibility For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products. We accept returns only if:
    • The product is damaged on arrival
    • You received the wrong product
    • The product is expired or near expiry upon delivery
    To qualify, the product must be:
    • Unopened
    • Unused
    • In its original packaging
    • Reported within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for:
    • Opened, used, or tampered products
    • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling
    • Free gifts or promotional items
  3. Refunds Once your claim is verified, you will receive either:
    • A replacement, or
    • A full refund to your original payment method
    Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect after approval.
  4. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. If shipped orders are refused or returned due to incorrect address/unavailability, shipping charges may apply.
