At Cuddl, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed.

  1. Order Processing Time
    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
    • Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next business day.
    • You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order is shipped.
  2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
    We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timeframes:
    • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
    • Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities: 3–5 business days
    • Tier 3 / Remote locations: 5–7 business days
    Delays may occur during festivals, high-volume periods, or due to courier/city restrictions.
  3. Shipping Charges
    At present, we offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  4.  Order Tracking
    Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order on the courier partner’s website.
  5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
    If an order returns due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept delivery:
    • We can re-ship the order upon request, but additional shipping charges may apply.
  6. Damaged or Missing Items
    If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:
    • Please take photos/videos of the parcel
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@cuddlpet.in
    We will assist with a replacement or refund based on the issue.
  7. International Shipping
    Currently, we do not ship internationally.
